Ten Sexiest Things About Christmas! #menage #christmas

Christmas is almost here!

Cuddle up with someone you care about and put the items on this list to the test. All ten of these appear in my newest release, A MERRY CHRISTMAS, FINALLY. Hope you’ll check out this Christmas ménage romance: Abby Lincoln is used to putting her own needs last. The three men she calls her best friends band together to be sure Abby gets all the pleasure she deserves this Christmas.

The ten sexiest things about Christmas:
10. Chocolate. As it’s worth the calories for the aphrodisiac.
9.  Santa. Uh huh, that’s right. He’s jolly. You know he’s strong because he lifts that heavy bag of toys. And he’s got endurance….
8.  Cold weather is perfect for snuggling.
7.  Free time. Time off work. Fun games. Like a game of strip pool. And then a ménage a quatre on the pool table.
6.  Friends. Who makes better lovers than friends?
5.  Good food. Even breakfast can be sexy with three almost-naked guys, one girl and a plate of bacon.
4.  Festive drinks. A candy cane will make any drink more fun.
3.  Snow (if you’re lucky)! Make a snowman. Get cold…real cold. Then use body heat to warm up once you come inside.
2. Everyone looks better naked in dim lights. Need I say more? Turn off the lamps and glaring overhead lights, let those white or colorful Christmas lights cast a sexy glow on your bodies.
1. Fireplaces! A soft rug, a roaring fire…snow falling outside the window. Hot bodies on one side of you, and a crackling fire on the other.

Excerpt, A Merry Christmas, Finally
Ever since her father left the family one Christmas, and her mother’s arrest another, Abby Lincoln has put her own needs last to take care of her siblings. Christmas is a day to get through, not a day to celebrate. Christmas tends to be the day that bad things happen. She plans to spend the holiday with a stack of books and lots of chocolate.
Zac, MP and Dominic—Abby’s best friends of fifteen years—have different plans for her. Now that she’s graduated college and her siblings have spread their wings and flown, the men think it’s time for Abby to be spoiled. They convince her to spend a long Christmas weekend in the beautiful, snowy mountains of Deep Creek Lake, MD where they intend to take care of her needs…if she’ll let them…in hopes of showing her a Merry Christmas, finally.

We’re getting a little kinky and having a lot of fun!
Lots of prizes for YOU to win. Check below for details. In the meantime, please enjoy this excerpt from my newest menage, A MERRY CHRISTMAS, FINALLY:

“Abby, we brought you here to be sure you had a good Christmas.”
“I know. I appreciate it. I already feel sort of festive.” She glanced at the drinks, white and
frothy, with a peppermint scent. She couldn’t wait to try it.
Zac dipped his finger in the drink, and then licked it. “Perfect.” Then he dipped it again, and
held it to her lips. “Try it.”
She held his gaze, opened her mouth and sucked on his finger. Oh shit. Molten liquid fire
went straight to her core. The zing of peppermint danced on her lips and taste buds, and the heat of his finger inside of her mouth made her system go haywire. She wanted to suck it longer, pull him in
deeper. Yes they were friends, but her feelings for Zac went deeper.
He narrowed his eyes and moved his hand to cup her chin, forcing her to hold his gaze. “You
take care of people all the time, Abby.” His husky voice sent ripples of pleasure through her body.
“That’s the other reason we wanted you here. For a change, let us take care of you.”
She shook her head and opened her mouth to object. “I don’t—”
His hand moved to the nape of her neck and he pressed his mouth to hers. His lips were gentle,
barely touching hers, which made her want more.
She leaned toward him and he dropped his hands to her waist. The warmth of his hands, the slight
pressure of his lips made her moan and he flicked a tongue along her lips. Shivers of desire sped
from her head to her toes.
“Let me taste you,” he whispered.

Simple Pleasures and Hot Farmers: Thankful for both! #romance #menage

Three of my favorite hot farmers...

November is the month to give thanks for what we have and appreciate things we might otherwise take for granted. At least that’s how I look at it. It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of working, keeping the pantry stocked, errands, family duties, and house/yard work. How often do we really stop to give thanks? If you’re like me…not often enough.

Indulge me for a moment, if you will, while I chat about the simple pleasures I’m thankful for. Of course I’m thankful for the turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and cranberry sauce on Thanksgiving Day. I’m also thankful for the little things. Maybe you enjoy these pleasures, too. If so, or if I’ve missed anything, I’d love to hear from you.

Running water: Water is one thing that man cannot duplicate. We need water to keep hydrated, and everything around us—from our pets to the plants on which we depend for sustenance—need it, too.

Warm blankets and clothes: It’s getting colder in the states. I’m really glad I have lots of sweatshirts, coats and blankets.

Electricity: During a recent hurricane (Sandy), we lost power for three days. That’s not that long compared to some folks who went without it for over two weeks. It certainly made me see how dependent we are on electricity, though. No amount of flashlights and candles can make the house as bright as lamps and overhead lights. No fire burned hot enough to make our home as warm as our central heat. We were lucky—we had a generator to keep the food in our refrigerator and freezer from going bad.

Food: The farmers’ market in our neighborhood will close for the winter next week. I’ll really miss the fresh produce. I’m thankful for farmers who work hard to grow produce and bring it to us.

Here’s hoping your November brings lots of things to be thankful for! Thanks very much for stopping by. I'd love to hear what you're thankful for.

She panted for breath. They hadn't run far, but the sudden storm had surprised her. She shivered.
“Heck of a storm,” James said. “Probably be over in a few minutes. We'll be dry in here.”
Water splattered on her head and Mandy giggled.
“What's so funny?”
“Leaky roof,” she said. No sense complaining. Not like there was anywhere else to go, anyway. There was exactly enough space for two people, with no room to maneuver.
“Here, move in front of me,” James said, guiding her in front of him.
“No, you'll get squashed against that tractor,” she said. She swallowed the rest of her objection because with her back pressed to his front, her bones melted and her breath caught in her throat.
Rain? Who cared about rain? This hot body pressed against hers was the only thing she could think about right now.
She moaned and then she lifted her fist to her mouth to stifle it. Had he heard?
His erection pressed against her and she swallowed hard. Yep, he'd heard her. And reacted.
Trapped in a shed with a storm raging around them. Part of her wanted to open the doors and run out in the rain. The other part wanted to wiggle her ass against his arousal.

Help! My Family is Making Me Go on a Haunted Hayride!

Halloween is the time of year when we can wear extra make-up, don outfits we wouldn’t usually wear in public, and eat enough candy to get a tummy ache.
That’s the part I enjoy. The scary stuff? Eeeks! I can do without that! The bloody movies with ominous music…the sound of a chainsaw getting closer and closer… Give me candy any day.
What’s your best advice for making it through a haunted trail without a heart attack? I’m telling you…those things scare me witless. Help! Give me some advice about surviving this ordeal. Should I do like a do on a roller coaster (close my eyes and scream the whole time) or sit on the floor in the middle of the haywagon so the creepy monsters can’t reach me?
I’m up for anything! Wait. Maybe I should just stay home. That might be the answer. Nah…then it wouldn’t be a family night.
     Help!!
I’ll even reward you for your help. I’ll award a random commenter with their choice of any book from my eXtasy backlist (Triple Heat or Birthday Threesome).

Bring those comments on! And if you like your haunted trails with a little after hours sexy fun, check out my Halloween release A FARMER’S TREAT. Available now!
Thanks for stopping by, and remember to comment for a chance to win!

Birthday Threesome
Tracy leaned back, fired the shot of tequila past her lips, and slammed the empty glass on the wooden table. Liquid heat sprinted down her throat and she hunched her shoulders against the sting. Did bravery come in liquid form?
Eric reached across the table and patted her hand with his. “Better?”
She nodded, but only to make Eric less anxious. The liquor didn’t make anything better. If anything, it made her hyper-aware of her skin. But his touch, his warm hand did comfort her.
Could she really do this? A present to him, but now that the time to complete the act drew closer, now that the threesome would be real, she wasn’t sure she could follow through with her birthday promise to him.
“Maybe one more shot?” Tracy glanced around the dimly-lit crowded hotel bar with its fancy chandeliers, and lifted her empty glass to signal the waitress for another.
Eric cradled both her hands in his, clasped them in the middle of the table. His touch soothed her, just as it had for the past three years.
He wanted another woman in bed with them. Wasn’t she enough? Couldn’t she satisfy him? After he’d explained threesomes were something every guy dreamed of, she’d agreed, because she loved him. But, she didn’t want to compete with some bombshell he hired to join them. Tracy worked out as often as she could, but she loved food a little too much. Size fourteen shouldn’t be considered overweight, but compared to some of the hot bodies that walked into Eric’s restaurant on a nightly basis, she found herself lacking.
The waitress set another shot in front of her and she stared at it, afraid to meet Eric’s gaze. Candles flickered on the surrounding tables, and a pianist played a slow romantic tune. “I don’t want this other woman touching me.”
“I already told her.” Eric’s blue eyes sparkled in the lights. He’d given her so much, helped her when she had nothing. They’d become fast friends when she started working as a waitress at his upscale downtown restaurant. He always kidded her about her lack of bartending skills. When her apartment building burned down, leaving her with nothing except a few items of clothing, he’d offered her a place to stay at his townhome. Instantly, they became more than just friends. Making him happy made her happy.
She’d do anything for him, even this. She squeezed his hands and then reached for the tequila the waitress set in front of her. Raising it in a mock toast to his beer bottle, she gulped it, this time treasuring the burn because at least it was a distraction from her fear. What if she didn’t measure up? What if he decided he liked the other girl better?

Ten Reasons Fall is a Great Time for Romance

If you're lucky enough to be in a spot where the seasons change,
I hope you're enjoying some Fall weather. Do you have any reasons to add to this list? I'd love to hear from you!
Ten Reasons Fall is a Great Time for Romance
  1. Nights are longer. Yep, the cover of darkness is a great way to start some wicked fun with each other. Even better: add some candlelight.
  2. Cooler weather means snuggling to keep warm. Whether it’s in front of a fire, cuddling under a quilt, or body-to-body heat, a person’s gotta keep warm by whatever means they can.
  3. Cinnamon is a terrific aphrodisiac and, conveniently, it’s an ingredient in lots of fall dishes like pumpkin pie and pumpkin latte. Hey…cinnamon flavored, edible lotion anyone?
  4. The bugs are gone. You and your honey can have a romantic picnic in the park without the added protein of ants, flies and bees.
  5. The heat and humidity are gone, and now you can and your significant other can go for a nice, long romantic walk. Bonus: holding hands will keep you warm on the inside and out.
  6. Football! You don’t have to be a “football widow.” Learn the game—it’s actually really fun and you get to watch muscular guys in tight pants.
  7. Colorful leaves are not only gorgeous to look at, you’ll have a blast jumping into a pile of them, too. Careful of sticks! And be sure to “help” each other clean out the leaves that slip under your shirt or inside your jeans.
  8. Flannel. Need I say more? Feels so good against bare skin. Flannel sheets, men’s flannel shirts…
  9. Fire. Fall is the time of year to huddle close together in front of the fireplace with a crackling fire, a glass of apple cider, mulled wine or how about pumpkin beer?
  10. More clothes. Yes…I know. This sounds very un-romantic, doesn’t it? Nope! Think of it this way: each layer is part of the slow strip tease that will drive your partner wild in anticipation.
Here's hoping you grab your honey and keep warm while you enjoy the change of seasons!

What Do Women Want? Strippers and BDSM?

What do women these days want? Well, besides a live-in maid and chef.

If we go by recent movie ticket sales and book sales, I think it’s pretty clear. Fifty Shades of Grey tops bestseller book lists, and women are flocking to see the movie Magic Mike three or four different times. I have one friend who has seen it five times and wants to see it again next weekend.

What would our grandmothers say about this blatant lusting for hot men and kinky sex? I don’t know about your grandmother, but mine would probably say “it’s about time women feel comfortable enough to be honest about what they want.”

When it comes down to it, I think women want to be romanced. Doesn’t it feel good to know a man is thinking about you when you’re not with him? Even if he’s thinking about you while buying zip ties and furry handcuffs. Sometimes flowers might fit the bill, but maybe handcuffs are worth a try…something different, something to spice up the marriage that has turned into more of a “buddies who watch TV together” relationship than a husband-wife-deeply-in-love one.
Isn’t it fun to flirt with a man and have him flirt back? Good-looking male strippers can rev our motors and have us heading back home for some “quality together” time with our significant other. A book about BDSM might be fun to read about, but maybe we’re not into the act itself. Yet, chances are we’re feeling a little friskier than usual after finishing the last page.

Romance is fun. Sex is fun. Reading about it, and watching it on the big screen is a great escape. It doesn’t mean we want to be spanked, or to spend every night at a strip club, but it does mean we like to have fun and we want our men thinking about us, making us a priority. And if they’re lucky, it’ll put us in the mood for some hankie pankie, too.

And be sure to heat things up by reading my latest menage release where the heroine gets a heck of a birthday present, BIRTHDAY THREESOME!

Kisses, Sex, and a Shot of Liquor #SixSunday

Welcome to Six Sentence Sunday: Where writers share six sentences from their published or unpublished books.

In this snippet from my latest release BIRTHDAY THREESOME, Tracy starts to shed her insecurities about her body thanks to her boyfriend, who loves her as she is. A shot of liquor helps loosen her up.

Eric crossed the room and stood behind Tracy, then slid his hands around her waist. Her skin instantly warmed at his touch. “You’re beautiful, you know?”

She rolled her eyes, still not completely comfortable with his compliments. “Oh fine, fine. Flattery will get you a bigger shot of liquor.”

Is it Time for the Kids to Go Back to School Yet? Please!!

Me...on the first day of school!

I love my kids. Really, I do. But I'm beginning to think that summer vacation should only last two months, not three. There comes a point when "together" time becomes "getting on each others' nerves" time.
And I just found out I'm not alone.
I walk with three other moms a few times a week, and, with guilty looks, they all admitted they can't wait for the school year to start.
At first, the change in our summer routine is great. No lunches to pack. Don't have to be up at the butt crack of dawn. But then the dishes pile up, we can't run the vacuum because the kids are sleeping late, and when we wake up--first cup of coffee still full in our hands--and walk into a room that looks more like a frat house than our nice, organized family room, we want to run away from home.
But instead of running away for real, I run away to my office and to my computer. After listening to some Christmas music (I have a Christmas novella coming out in December), I spend a few hours with my characters in a snowy mountain cabin. Ahhhh. Much better.
More kids. More mess, and I pull out my Kindle. Ahhh, much better again. Time to escape by reading a book. Let me head into a world of vampires, magic, and romance, and I forget what was bugging me. Kids? What kids? Mess? What mess? LOL!
Is that where the term "summer reading" came from? People who wanted to run away, but couldn't, so ran away in their minds?
Yep. That's the beauty of books. A trip without the hassle of checking your luggage.

Here's hoping you have a reading-filled, peaceful summer!

Ten Things To Take To The Beach With You This Summer

When you’re on vacation, your mind needs to take a break, and you shouldn’t have to think too hard. So I’m here to help you. I’ve made a list for all of your beach-bound lovelies to be sure you’re equipped for a good time.

Ten things to take to the beach with you:

  1. Sunscreen. Gotta keep that UV radiation off your skin.
  2. Lawn Chair. Low to the ground so you can dig your toes in the soft, warm sand.
  3. Bathing Suit. (Unless of course you’re going someplace waaaay more interesting than I’m going this year.)
  4. Towel. Makes for a good pillow or after-swim blotter.
  5. Books. Especially hot ones. After all, there’s a nice ocean breeze, so it’s okay to heat things up.
  6. More Books.
  7. Even More Books.
  8. eReader. But just in case the battery dies, or the sun glare prevents you from reading, refer to #5, 6, and 7.
  9. A bookmark. In case you decide to take a nap. Because you’re working hard and you deserve a nap.
  10. A nice, frozen drink. Preferably delivered by a hot guy in a small bathing suit. Or a loosely wrapped towel that you happen to “knock” off. J
Here’s hoping you have a wonderful vacation this summer. Give yourself the present of relaxation. You, and everyone around you, will benefit. Thanks very much for stopping by today. xxoo

And be sure to heat things up by reading my latest release, BIRTHDAY THREESOME, available now and TRIPLE HEAT, also available now.

Getting Up the Nerve For a Threesome #SixSunday

Welcome to Six Sentence Sunday: Where writers share six sentences from their published or unpublished books.

In this scene, Tracy is getting ready to open the door to the woman who will be joining them for a good time.

Eric grinned and Tracy cupped his face in both of her palms. “You’re gonna have a good time, baby.” She kissed him and turned to peek out the peep hole. A cute blonde stood outside. “Damn, she’s hot.”
Bumping Eric to the side with her hip before he could peek, she turned the knob and opened the door.

Thanks for stopping by today!
